Handle housings—typically manufactured via injection molding using materials such as ABS, PC/ABS alloys, or glass-fiber-reinforced PA—offer high strength, impact resistance, and fatigue resistance, ensuring durability without cracking or deformation during long-term use. Integrated molding allows for the incorporation of anti-slip textures, internal screw bosses, and snap-fit ​​structures, thereby streamlining the assembly process. A key feature is the capability for two-shot (dual-material) injection molding, which combines a rigid structural core with a soft TPE/TPU overmold in a single step to deliver a comfortable, non-slip grip. Materials can be customized for color and surface finish (matte or high-gloss), eliminating the need for secondary painting and reducing costs. These housings are widely used in applications such as power tool handles, appliance carrying handles, medical device grips, sports equipment handles, and electric toothbrush casings.
