Two-Color Injection Molds for Cups

These two-color injection-molded cups are manufactured using an integrated molding process that combines food-grade PP or PC with soft TPE or silicone. The inner layer, which comes into contact with the liquid, is safe and heat-resistant, while the outer soft-touch layer provides thermal insulation and a non-slip grip, ensuring comfort and preventing burns. The dual-color injection process enables distinctive aesthetic designs—such as combinations of transparent and colored sections, or matte and glossy finishes—while ensuring a secure bond between the materials that eliminates the need for secondary assembly, resulting in high production efficiency and lower costs. A key feature is the ability to customize the soft-touch section with non-slip textures or brand logos, thereby enhancing product recognition and the user experience. These cups are widely used for products such as thermal flasks, sports water bottles, children's training cups, travel coffee mugs, and premium gift cups.
