We maintain a comprehensive in‑house machining chain, equipped with high‑precision CNC machining centers, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), wire EDM (WEDM), precision grinders, CNC lathes, milling machines, deep‑hole drilling machines, and other mold‑making equipment. Our injection molding workshop houses more than 20 injection molding machines with various clamping‑force tonnages, covering a wide molding range from small precision components to medium‑ and large‑sized structural parts. These are complemented by auxiliary peripheral equipment such as mold temperature controllers, centralized material feeding systems, and automated robotic pick‑and‑place units. This robust infrastructure gives us the proven capability to design, develop, and manufacture medium‑ to high‑precision injection molds, as well as to undertake high‑volume production orders.
